Christmas Feast

Captain Melville has a new Christmas Menu available for Christmas Bookings between November – December. The menu is designed to share with your colleagues, family and friends. Join us for this fabulous Christmas season, and let us treat you a feast that is different from our regular menu.

• Vitello tonnato slow poached veal with tuna sauce crispy capers, roquette and parmesan

• Watermelon salad with goats cheese sunflower seeds and basil

• Smoked eggplant puree with lentils, barley pomegranate, cucumber, parsley and feta salad
  

Share Mains

• Roasted chicken with mixed mushrooms and thyme stuffing

• Rolled and roasted pork belly stuffed with fig, walnut, fennel and honey
  

Share Sides

• Roasted kipfler potatoes with black garlic butter

• Blistered cherry tomato, green bean smoked almond and minted yoghurt

• Italian coleslaw, cabbage, fennel, radish, red onion, capers, parmesan, mint and parsley
  

Share Dessert

• Classic sticky date semifeddo with salted caramel sauce
